1. The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that Petitioners are willing to execute requisite documents to facilitate the sale of the flat in favour of the third party so that all payments due to the Petitioners under the settlement agreement are released to them expeditiously. The Respondent is directed to coordinate with the Petitioner in this regard.
2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Respondent herein has defaulted in payment of atleast twelve (12), pre-possession Equated Monthly Instalments ('EMIs').
3. The learned counsel for the Respondent disputes the aforesaid submission. He states all EMIs payable to the bank till May, 2023 stands paid in full. The Respondent is directed to place on record within a period of This is a digitally signed order.
