334. Regulation or prohibition of certain practices relating to cultivation.
- The Board of Councilors, on the report of the Director of Health Services or the Chief Medical Officer of Health of the district or upon any expert opinion that the cultivation or practices relating to the cultivation of any description of crop or the use of any kind of pesticide or manure or the irrigation of any land in any place within the limits of the municipal area is injurious to the public health, may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, by public notice regulate or prohibit the cultivation or any practice relating to cultivation, or use of any pesticide or manure or irrigation so reported to be injurious.
