Section 30(2)(c) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983

(c)The Chairman of the Agriculture Committee of any Zilla Parishad who becomes a member of the Executive Council under clause (xiv) of sub-section(l) shall cease to be a member of the Executive Council as soon as he ceases to be Chairman of the said Committee or on the expiry of the period of one year from the date of his appointment to the Executive Council whichever is earlier.
