1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called [J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad] [Substituted 'YMCA University of Science and Technology Faridabad' by Haryana Act No. 29 of 2018, dated 11.10.2018.] Act, 2009.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
