Section 4(1) in Andhra Pradesh Self Help Groups (SHG) Women Co-contributory Pension Act, 2009
(1)A woman who is a member of a Self Help Group, and an active member for a minimum period of one year and is aged between 18 years and below the retirement age is eligible to subscribe to the scheme;
