Section 31(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1965
(1)The Board shall maintain proper accounts and the relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts including the profit and and loss account and the balance sheets in such form as may be prescribed.
