Opportunity should be afforded to the probationer to become thoroughly familiar with the practical working of the rules and procedure in the various departments of the office of the District Judge. When he has had some experience of the office he may be deputed but for educational purposes only to inspect the offices or specified departments thereof of subordinate courts. His note of inspection should be prepared with special reference to the observance of the General Rules and Circular Orders and should be submitted to the District Judge who shall examine it to see whether the inspection has been carefully and intelligently done, point out mistakes and give suitable directions and advice.Survey and Settlement Training
