124. Piling shoring and bracing.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that-(a)plank used for sheet piling in excavation or tunneling work is of sound material with adequate strength.(b)shores and braces used in excavation or tunneling work are of adequate dimensions and are so placed as to be effective for their intended purposes;(c)earth supported shores or braces used in excavation or tunneling work bear against a footing of sufficient area and stability to prevent the shifting of such shores or bracing;
