35. Cancellation of Stamps.
- Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Scheme, an employer shall immediately after affixing any contribution stamp to a card cancel the stamp by stamping with a metallic die with black indelible ink across the face of the stamp the date upon which it is affixed and the employer's registered number.For J & K, see Paragraph 7 of Appendix-IV.
