64. Summary trial of certain offences.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, Samvat 1989, an offence punishable under section 36, section 38, section 39, section 40, section 41, section 42, section 45, section 51, section 52 or subsection (3) of section 72 may be tried summarily.
