(3)The Authority, if it considers it expedient so to do, may require the direct to home operator to-(a)get the records maintained under sub-regulation (1) audited through one or more officers or persons appointed by the Authority and submit the report in respect of such audit to the Authority;(b)get the records maintained under sub-regulation (1) audited through an independent agency as may be specified by the Authority and submit the report in respect of such audit to the Authority.
