44. Temporary allotment of Nazul land.
- The Authority may, subject to these rules and in such cases as it deems fit, allot land for temporary periods on a licence basis, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the licence-deed contained Form D appended to these rules. In addition, such licence-deed may contain such other covenants, clauses or conditions, not inconsistent with the provisions of Form D as may be considered advisable and necessary by the Authority, in the circumstances of a case.
