46. Accounts and control.
- Subject to such general or specific directions as may be given by the Comptroller and Auditor General, detailed accounts of grants and loans given by the Board shall be maintained by the officer in charge of the accounts who shall also watch their recovery and see that the conditions attached to each loan are fulfilled.
