Section 6 in The Life Insurance Corporation of India (Employees) Pension Rules, 1995
6. Liability of the Provident Fund trust.
- The Provident Fund trust shall, immediately after the constitution of the Fund, transfer to the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Employees) Pension Fund the accumulated balance of the contribution of the Corporation to the Provident Fund and interest accrued thereon upto the date of such transfer in respect of every employee.
