JUDGMENT:(Per. Hon'ble sri Justice K.Lakshman) Sri A.Narasimha Rao, learned Counsel for the appellant would submit that respondent is no more. He has also filed a copy of Death Certificate dated 06.06.2017 issued by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Telangana State.
In the light of the same, nothing remains in the present appeal to adjudicate further.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
