Section 10 in Punjab Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules, 2004
10. Fees for Analysis of Article of Food. [Section 24(2)(c)].
- The following fees shall be payable for analysis of the articles of food in a Government Food Laboratories in the State of Punjab, namely :-| (a) | Sample from Private Source. | Rs. Two hundred per sample |
| (b) | Sample received under the Prevention of Food AdulterationAct, 1954 from other sources than Punjab State Government. | Rs. One hundred per sample |
