Section 1 in The East Punjab Local Authorities (Restriction of Functions) Act, 1947
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the East Punjab Local Authorities (Restriction of Functions) Act, 1947.(2)It extends to the whole of [Haryana] [Substituted by Haryana Adaptation Laws Order, 1968.].(3)It shall come into force at once.
