/635G.S.R. 512(E), dated 9th July, 2001. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (c), (d), (e), and (g) of sub-section (2) of section 89 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000), the Controller hereby, after consultation with the Cyber Regulations Advisory Committee and with the previous approval of the Central Government, makes the following Regulations, namely:-
