4. Preparation of Revised Budget Estimates and its submission.
(1)In case the budget estimates prepared under rule 3 are found inadequate or insufficient in the current year or needs revision for any reason, the commission may, prepare revised budget estimates on the basis of actual expenditure incurred in the first 4 months, or 8 months or 9 months as the case may be, for that current year, for additional grants, if any required, with proper justification therefore, in Form "D".(2)The revised estimates so prepared shall be submitted to the Government on or before such date as may be specified by the Government.
