Section 18 in The Orissa Subordinate Transport Engineering Service Rules, 1996
18. Relaxation.
- Where the Government are of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so they may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provision of these rules in respect of any Class or category of persons in public interest.
