Section 2(1B) in The Tamil Nadu Prevention Of Begging Act, 1945
(1B)“Magistrate” means a salaried Presidency Magistrate or a sub-divisional Magistrate or a Magistrate of the first or second class specially authorised by the State Government in this behalf;
