1. This hearing has been done in physical Court. Hybrid mode is permitted in cases where permission is being sought from the Court.

2. Vide previous order dated 9th November, 2021, this Court had directed the Appellants to place on record details of the deposit of the decretal amount in terms of the money decree passed by the Trial Court on 8th May, 2017, in Civil Suit No.215/2015 (26090/16) titled Sh. Bodh Raj Gosthwal & Anr. v. Sh. Vijay & Anr. The same was upheld by the Appellate Court vide the impugned judgment dated 30th January, 2021 in RCA DJ ADJ No.130/2017 titled Sh. Vijay & Anr. v. Sh Bodh Raj Gosthwal & Anr.

3. Such affidavit in terms of the last order is stated to have been filed yesterday, however, the same is not on record.

4. Let the same be brought on record.

5. List on 27th April, 2022, for consideration as to whether any substantial questions of law arise in this matter.
