85. Office and employees to be subordinate to the Managing Director.
(1)All officers and employees of the Board shall be subordinate to the Managing Director.(2)Any officer or employee aggrieved by an order or decision of the Managing Director or any other officer authorised by the Managing Director in this behalf inflicting punishment on him, may appeal to the Board and the decision of the Board thereon shall be final.
