Section 5(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Scheme, 2006
(1)The Member-Secretary may, without reference to the Board, sanction an expenditure on contingencies, services and procurement at goods, articles, etc., subject to the limit up to which he may be authorised to sanction expenditure as delegated by the Board.
