Section 36(1) in Haryana Civil Services (Compassionate Financial Assistance or Appointment) Rules, 2019
(1)On receiving information of death of a Government employee while in service, the Head of Office shall send a letter enclosing the Form CFA-1 to the family of the deceased and ask for the necessary documents mentioned therein.
