13. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This I.A. has been filed to amend the additional affidavit filed by Opposite Party Nos.1 to 3.
3. It is submitted by Mr. Patnaik, learned counsel for Opposite Party Nos.1 to 3 that the following sentence was inadvertently incorporated in the additional affidavit. For the sake of ready reference, the said sentence is reproduced hereunder:

4. Ms. Mohanty, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Otta, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not have any objection to the same.
5. Hence, the proposed amendment is allowed. Consolidated additional affidavit shall be filed by 9th January, 2026 serving copy thereof on learned counsel for the Petitioners.
