Section 4(2)(b) in M.P. Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009

(b)its acknowledgment in Form "B" to be given notwithstanding anything contained in rule 5 to the applicant or his authorised representative in case of hand delivery and its despatch by post in other case and the acknowledgment shall specify inter alia the registration number of the application.
