Section 1 in Punjab State Aid to Industries Act, 1935
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Punjab State Aid to Industries Act, 1935.(2)It extends to [Haryana] [Substituted by Haryana Adoption of Laws Order 1968.].(3)It shall come into force [in the principle territories] [Substituted by Haryana Adoption of Laws Order 1968.] on such date as the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1968.] Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf [and the transferred territories on the 24th July 1957] [Added by Haryana Adoption of Laws Order 1968.].
