                                                       ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "Allora Wellness N Spa" at 139, Tiruppur Town, Kumaran Road, Tiruppur - 641 601 by passing an order on the petitioner's representation, dated 08.08.2023.

2. Heard Mr.Balaji Thirumoorthy, learned Counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.08.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the relevant Government Order / circulars and a decision shall be taken within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
