Section 23(1) in Andhra Pradesh Unorganized Workers' Social Security Rules, 2012
(1)If the Government on consideration of the report referred to in sub-rule (a) of Rule 19 is of the opinion, -(a)that the Board is unable to perform its functions; or(b)that the Board has persistently made default in the discharge of its functions or has exceeded or abused its powers, the Government may, by notification, supersede the Board in question and reconstitute it in the prescribed manner.
