Section 45 in The Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992

45. Procedure for the constitution of the Governing Body.

(1)The Governing Body shall be constituted in accordance with the provisions prescribed in the Rules.
(2)The proceedings regarding the constitution of the Governing Body and other proceedings of the Governing Body will be sent to the Council in due course.
