Section 19 in Delhi Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2009

19. Child Welfare Committee.

- There shall be one or more Child Welfare Committee in the NCT of Delhi which shall be constituted by the State Government through a notification in the Official Gazette as per sub-section (1) of section 29 of the Act.
