Section 8(4) in The Orissa Contributory Provident Fund Rules, 1938
(4)The amount of subscription so fixed shall remain unchanged throughout the year:Provided that if a subscriber is on duty for a part of a month on leave for the remainder of that month, and if he has elected not to subscribe during leave the amount of the subscription payable shall be proportionate to the number of days spent on duty in the month.
