Section 22(1) in The Punjab Land Preservation Act, 1900
(1)The [State] Government may make rules, consistent with this Act, -(a)regulating the procedure to be observed in any inquiry or proceeding under this Act: and(b)generally for the purpose of carrying into effect all or any of the provisions of this Act.
