46. Inspection and submission of accounts books.
(1)All traders and commission agents may be required to submit for examination and inspection, their account book, ledgers, etc. on demand by the Chairman, or in his absence by the Vice-Chairman of the Committee, or the Secretary or other officer authorized by the Chairman of the Committee.(2)Such inspection shall be limited to obtaining information relevant to the matter under investigation, and information so obtained shall be used only for the legitimate purposes of the Committee.
