Section 29 in The U.P. Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1975
29. Act not to be invalidated by informality, vacancy, etc.
- No act done or proceeding taken under this Act by the Jal Sansthan or a committee appointed by the Jal Sansthan shall be invalidated merely on the ground of -(a)any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Jal Sansthan or any committee thereof; or(b)any defect or irregularity in the appointment of a person acting as a member thereof; or(c)any defect or irregularity to such act or proceeding, not affecting the substance.
