Section 80 in The Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University Act, 1986
80. Completion of courses of students in colleges affiliated to the Gujarat University.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations made thereunder, any student of a college situated within the University area and affiliated to the Gujarat University who immediately before the date on which Section 5 comes into force was studying or was eligible for any examination of the Gujarat University shall be permitted to complete his course in preparation therefor, and the University shall provide for such period and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes for the instruction, teaching, training and examination of such students, in accordance with the courses of studies of the Gujarat University.
