- Handcuffs imposed by way of punishment for prison-offences shall be iron bar-handcuffs weighing, with lock, not more than 2 lb. each, or swivel with spring-catch handcuffs weighing not more than 1 lb. each, or chain handcuffs weighing nor more than 1 lb. each.
