Learned counsel for petitioner submits that extended bank guarantee has already been filed. However, banker is not available today for verification of bank guarantee.
Matter be placed before the Hon'ble Court for the date already fixed i.e. 31.10.2023.
Tentative date fixed before this Court for verification of bank guarantee is 01.12.2023.
Petitioner shall ensure the presence of banker who may join the proceedings either through video conferencing or by appearing in person in the Court.
