Respondent No.1 is stated to have expired.
r to CMP(M) Nos. 1739 and 1740 of 2022 These applications have been filed for substitution of deceased respondent No.1 Harpal Singh through his legal heirs, after condonation of delay and setting aside the abatement, if any.
Death certificate of Harpal Singh indicating that he had expired on 15.11.2019 has been placed on record. Legal heirs certificate, issued by concerned Patwari and counter-signed by concerned authority i.e. Naib Tehsildar, Tikkar, has been placed on record. The proposed respondents are in consonance with legal heirs, mentioned in concerned certificate, who are his sons and wife namely Mukesh, Ajay and Smt. Sheela.
In aforesaid circumstances, deceased respondent No.1 is permitted to be substituted through his legal heirs, referred hereinabove, as mentioned in para 3 of application as respondents No.1(a) to 1(c) respectively, after condonation of delay and setting aside the abatement, if any.
Applications stand disposed of.

RFA No. 10 of 2022Steps for service of newly added respondents No.1(a) to 1(c) be taken within two weeks. On taking such steps, notices returnable within four weeks be issued to said respondents.
Mr. Ashir Kaith, Advocate, submits that present appeal would be conducted by Mr.Tarlok Kumar Chauhan, Advocate, who has also signed power of attorney along with Mr.Hamender Singh Chandel, Advocate in present case and therefore, as prayed by him, Registry is directed to reflect the name of Mr.Tarlok Kumar Chauhan, Advocate also as a counsel for respondents.
