Section 91(3) in The Assam Co-operative Societies Rules, 1953
(3)When an award in a monetary dispute has been obtained, it should be sent to the Registrar or such other officer as may have powers delegated to him in this behalf, for reducing the award in the form of a Co-operative Demand Certificate under Section 83, if the amount has not been realised within two months from the date of the award.
