Section 26(a) in Prevention Of Collision On National Waterways Regulations, 2002
(a)A vessel engaged in fishing shall exhibit.(i)Two alround light in a vertical line the upper being red and the lower white and during day a shape consisting of two cones with their apexes together in a vertical line or a basket.(ii)When making way through the water in addition to the lights prescribed in (1) side lights, and a stern light.
