Section 84(1) in The Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994

(1)The provisions of sections 345 and 346 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, shall apply to judicial proceedings under this Act:Provided that the fine imposed for contempt of court shall not exceed one hundred rupees.
