Section 21(1) in The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board Employees Service Rules and Regulations, 1993
(1)A candidate for direct recruitment to a post in the service shall pay to the Board/Appointing Authority such fee as are fixed by them, it, from time to time in such manner as may be indicated by them/it.
