(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Geetanjali University Trust, Udaipur, a Public Trust registered under the Rajasthan Public Trusts Act, 1959 (Act No. 42 of 1959) in the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Devasthan Department, Udaipur, vide Registration No. 17-Dev-Udai- 2006 dated 26.4.2008;
