170. Particulars to be noted in the notice by party.
- All the required particulars except the date fixed for appearance and the date of issue of notice shall be legibly entered in every notice before it is supplied to the office. Where there is a registered address, such address alone shall be entered followed by the letters R-A in red ink or red chalk. Where no such address exists, the fact shall be clearly indicated in the notice.
