Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order of
temporary injunction restraining the respondent herein from alienating and
encumbering petition B schedule property in O.P.No.297/2016 on the file of
Family Court, Kozhikode, pending disposal of the appeal.
This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
order dated 30.08.2024, and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.GEORGE
