Section 26(1) in West Bengal Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1960
(1)A veterinary practitioner whose name is struck off from the register under sub-section (2) of section 25 shall forthwith surrender his certificate of registration to the Registrar and the name so struck off shall (sic)
