18. Pro-Vice-Chancellor.
(1)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Executive Council in such manner as may be prescribed.(2)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall exercise such powers and perform such other functions as may be prescribed.
