Section 10(2)(a) in The Gujarat Professional Medical Educational Colleges or Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fees) Act, 2007

(a)require any unaided professional educational college or institutions to place before it the proposed fee structure for such college or institution alongwith all the relevant documents and the books of accounts;
